Walking on a Snowy Day | 4K HDR - Binaural ASMR - Winter Ambience
The end of a snowstorm, a cold winter evening, and a New England town lying under fresh snow. I went out with an umbrella — an odd instrument for snow, but it gives the last of the storm something to land on: a soft, irregular tapping just overhead the whole way. The town was blanketed. Streetlights, storefronts, rooflines, all of it rounded off in white and holding that particular after-storm stillness a town only gets once or twice a winter. Binaural 3D audio, filmed as the storm wound down. Snow at evening does something rain never quite manages: it makes a town look finished — complete, like the day has been put away for the season. The name of the town isn't the point here, so I'll keep it. The winter is the point, and there was plenty.
Best with headphones — the audio is true binaural. Watch on YouTube (recommended on TV).
The Quiet List
A note when a new walk goes up. Four or five a year, usually autumn and winter. Nothing else.
