Boston, Massachusetts 4K - Rainy Midnight Walk - Binaural Audio - ASMR

Midnight on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall, with the Christmas lights up and a storm on the way. This was recorded just ahead of a heavy northeaster: the rain starts a little way in and builds toward the end, and there were stretches windy enough that the recording had to pause while the umbrella recovered. Between the late hour and the storm warnings, the mall was all but empty. The route runs beneath the lit trees of the mall, through the Public Garden, and finishes on Newbury Street. Binaural audio throughout — rain on the umbrella overhead, the city at midnight underneath. There is something about holiday lights burning with nobody out to see them. The walk does not remark on it. It just keeps going, one glowing block at a time, while the storm closes in behind.
